VACATION RESERVATION PROCEDURE: For vacations offering room accommodations only for less than one week, the processing fee is $25. Whereas, on vacation packages which include both airfare & room accommodations or resort accommodations for a week or longer, the processing fee is $50. After receiving your Gift Certificate, mail it with the Reservation Processing Fee - US$25 times two (double occupancy required) to: THRIFTY TRAVEL CLUB, PO Box 637, Georgetown, KY 40324. Upon receipt of your Vacation Certificate and check or money order for US$50 we will send you a Reservation Request Form (RRF). You may then fill in your requested travel dates, names of the travelers, etc. and mail your RRF with a room deposit to our Booking Agency address provided. Our Booking Agency will then find one of our participating quality hotels and book your room! Your vacation balance may be paid after receiving your confirmed reservations up to 45 days prior to departure and within the TWO YEARS YOU WILL HAVE TO ENJOY YOUR FABULOUS VACATION.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR SWEET DREAMS VACATION

1. This certificate entitles the registrant to complimentary accommodations, at your choice of any two destinations, as listed on the inside of your certificate.

2. This certificate is for two adults, who must be twenty-five years of age or older, and possess two major credit cards. Sorry no debit or ATM cards. There is an additional cost per day for extra guests. Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate. A $25.00 USD tax deposit is required toward the payment of government imposed taxes, which must be in the form of a check, money order or certified funds.

3. Please complete the reservation form, and mail it with your tax deposit to Holiday Travel of America, 6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009. Select your two requested departure dates, at least seven days apart, in chronological order.

4. You may, at your option, book your air through Holiday Travel of America. We may be able to offer you a discounted airfare. In the event that you wish to drive or handle your own air reservations, a reservationist will contact you once you are confirmed, so you may proceed with your transportation plans.

5. You may select two different destinations, choosing a separate vacation on each form. Should you wish to use your two destinations consecutively, complete both reservation forms, and submit them together for one fabulous vacation.

6. Telephone reservations or inquiries cannot be accepted until the completed reservation form and tax deposit, has been received. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within fourteen days of receipt. Reservations must be submitted at least sixty days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early, especially for holidays or peak seasons. We will confirm your reservations at least forty-five days in advance, in writing. This certificate may be subject to high season blocked out periods.

7. Cancellation Policy: Once we have confirmed your reservations and received all paperwork, you will receive a confirmation letter to present upon check in. If you need to cancel confirmed reservations more than eight (8) business days prior to your arrival date, or need to change your existing reservations, there will be a $25.00 USD fee. If you need to cancel confirmed reservations between seven (7) business days prior to your arrival or fail to check in for a confirmed reservation you will be charged the current rate, which will be guaranteed by credit card.

8. This certificate is valid only for your guest room. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.

9. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Any two destinations can be used consecutively, or in conjunction with one another during the same travel period, however, they cannot be used for group travel. Travelers may not use two certificates for the same destination within a one-year period of each other.

10. This certificate is fully transferable, prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.

11. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination.

12. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representations not contained in this certificate.

13. This certificate usually expires on December 15, but is renewed annually subject to occasional destination changes.
